Double Platinum Wins Competitive, JJ's Best Takes Rec in Maryland

In the competitive division Double Platitinum went thru the day shining as they won their intro game against Bell Construction and rolled the rest of the day beating Platinum Sports and R & T Trucking twice. Once in Bracket and again in the Championship game to win the Hotel Motel Scramble giving them paid rooms for the Black American SoftballNation Nationals in Va Beach on August 18th. Jason Baker was selected MVP for the tournament

In the Rec division JJ's Best showed they were the best this weekend posting a 5-0 record for the tournament.Thru some very competitinve games for the tournament JJ's Best won the Championship game over Bell Construction. Victor Miller was selected MVp by his team going 20-21 for the tourney and hitting 14 hrs.

Thanks to all the teams who participated this weekend and we will see you at the beach and One team will win 15 uniforms at the beach. Why not yours?

congratulations to Atlantic Coast/AC Balleres for their undefeated run through the tournament. Kevin Collins was selected tournament MVP for Atlantic Coast. George Brooks was noted for his performance for the ILA Cubs.
