 to other teams you know that may be interested in this event.

Hotels:  To make sure your team is staying near the fields where you will be playing, we encourage you to 
use the SoftballNation Richmond Sports Housing Bureau: Outer Zone Sports:  www.outerzonesports.com .   You can reach them at 
(800) 374-9310 or (804) 378-9310.  They will place your team in a hotel near your fields.   
Registration:  All teams must be registered with the SoftballNation in order to participate.  
Contact your local director if you have questions about registration. Teams must register on-line at 
www.softballnation.com   
Entry Process:  Your team is not officially entered until your entry fee is received.  
Once your entry fee is received you will be notified by either regular mail or email that you 
are officially entered.
Tournament Week:  Leading up to the tournament, we will post starting times and other tournament specific 
information on this website: www.softballnation.com 

Queen of The Hill Entry Fee:  $500 ( 8 game format)
Deadline: June 20th :  Teams will be taken after that date on an “as-needed” basis.  If you are 
entering after the deadline, you should call first to check availability. (804) 378-2285

Your entry is considered official when your entry fee is received.   You will be notified when your 
entry fee is received.  All teams must:  Have Team Insurance, Register with SoftballNation, Bring birth 
certificates for all players.
