Tournament Entry Policy: Teams must contact the director of the
tournament they wish to enter. Entry Fees should be mailed in advance in the
form of a cashier’s check or money order unless otherwise approved by the
tournament director.
NOTICE: ANY TEAM THAT FAILS TO PAY AN ENTRY FEE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY SUSPENDED
FROM SOFTBALLNATION. In addition, SoftballNation will honor all
suspensions from other associations that may have a similar dispute with any
team. NO SHOWS AND WITHDRAWALS AFTER THE ENTRY DEADLINE WILL BE SUSPENDED
UNTIL THE ENTRY FEE IS PAID.
Entry and Withdrawal Deadlines are different among tournament directors. To
guarantee your team’s entry, your entry fee should be received by the
tournament director by 5:00 pm the Tuesday before the tournament (unless
otherwise noted). Lost postage is no excuse.
NOTE: Returned or canceled checks and tournament "No Shows" result in forfeiture of any berths won and AUTOMATIC AND IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION for the season or until entry fee is paid. A $50 fee will be added to all returned or canceled checks.
All tournaments listed are World Series Qualifiers. All tournament champions receive team and individual awards. Other prizes are offered in some tournaments, i.e. travel funds, extra individual awards, etc.
